About Me
Hi, I’m Jennifer Litwin — Founder of Studio Colibri Coaching and a passionate advocate for helping people show up with confidence, clarity, and presence. I specialize in public speaking, vocal mastery, executive presence, and career development, and I love nothing more than helping people find their voice and own the room — whether that room is your home office, a boardroom, a stage, or a Zoom screen.
Before launching my coaching practice, I navigated high-stakes roles in finance and tech sales. I began my corporate career as a back office associate at AIG Financial Products Corp, moved on to be a salestrader on the largest trading floor in the world at UBS Investment Bank, and later spent many years leading a large team as SVP and Head of Relationship Management at Greenwich Associates. In my most recent role, I was a founding member of The Forem, and spent five years as VP, Head of Sales & Client Experience, leading enterprise growth and coaching hundreds of professionals through leadership transitions and career milestones while also serving as a career mentor and Lead Facilitator. I continue to facilitate The Forem’s Level Up program, guiding cohorts through the critical skills of building authentic relationships, self-advocacy, personal branding and stakeholder alignment.
But here’s the twist — I didn’t come from a traditional finance background. I’m a professional coloratura soprano, with degrees from Oberlin Conservatory and Yale School of Music. When I stepped onto that first trading floor, it wasn’t technical expertise that helped me succeed — it was the same skills I honed on stage: confidence, presence, emotional agility, and the ability to connect with people quickly and authentically. That experience is why I’m so passionate about helping others build their own confidence and communication skills — because I know firsthand that these are the tools that open doors, build careers, and create real impact.
Today, I still actively perform, and a big part of my life involves working with young people. I teach voice and piano (my students call me "Miss Jen"), and coach youth on confidence and expression alongside adults. My life as a performer deeply informs my work as a coach — because at its heart, leadership is a performance too: it’s about connecting, inspiring, and leading with authenticity.
Through my signature interactive workshop and keynote, Know Your Voice: Establishing Your Executive Presence, I’ve helped thousands of leaders at companies like Google, Adobe, Chegg, Reddit, Yahoo, KeyBank, Western Asset Management, Liquidnet and UBS tap into their voice and lead with greater impact.
Wherever I’m working — on stage, in a workshop, or one-on-one in a coaching session or a piano lesson — I bring energy, empathy, real-life experience, and a sense of humor, blending strategy with soul, and a deep commitment to helping people step into their full power to lead with authenticity, spark, and a clear and confident voice.
Because when you know your voice — truly know it — you don’t just speak more clearly. You lead more boldly, connect more deeply, and show up as the most powerful version of yourself.
That’s the work I love. And that’s what I’m here to help you do.
