Roderick Thornton, Senior Manager, Global Delivery Innovation, Salesforce

  • "I’m very thankful to have met Jennifer during a pivotal point in my career journey. It’s tough enough being a female in tech and add onto that being a first time enterprise seller, as the job tests you on all levels both professionally and personally. I happened to join The Forem’s Level Up at a moment where I needed a spark of encouragement, and that’s when I was introduced to Jennifer. In each session, she would light up the screen with her passion for building meaningful connections and empowering others to succeed. Ever since, she’s been a wonderful ally in discussing ways to navigate obstacles and challenges that are inherently a part of this industry. She understands the human element that comes with work, outside of strategies to climb to the top. It’s thanks to Jennifer that I’m aiming high and recognizing my self worth. She’s a true inspiration to me where I see how she lives her passions in all ways of life, and I aspire to carry the same confidence she does throughout the rest of my career."

Sonal Moraes, Principal Solution Engineer, Salesforce

  • "Jen is an incredible leader and role model. She guided us through the complexities of the workplace with unwavering support, empowering us to thrive with newfound confidence. Highly recommend Level Up to anyone looking to elevate their career and gain a deeper understanding of how to thrive amidst the intricacies of corporate dynamics."

Georgia Benjamin, Growth Design Manager, Adobe

  • "Where do I begin? Jennifer is an all-star whose confidence and intelligence shines through in all that she does. She is an inspiration for me. Jennifer has taught me skills for how to crush my current role, tools for strategizing my next move, and most importantly professional confidence, which is no easy skill to teach. Jennifer is an incredible mentor who really cares about each and every person enrolled in the course. She makes it a point to get to know each of us and stay in contact with regular mentoring and coaching sessions, which I highly recommend. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to take more of Jennifer's classes, and I am forever thankful that our paths have crossed. I now consider her both a mentor and friend. She is the best in the biz!!!!"

Kelly Russell, Director, Entertainment Partnerships, FOX

  • "Jennifer’s passion and energy are contagious when she’s presenting. I had the pleasure to be positively influenced by her at The Forem, where she provided great insight and concrete tools to apply in my own career. With great generosity, Jennifer helped me to refine and enhance my personal brand and empowered me to self-advocate my successes."

Joelle Savage, Program Manager - Change Management - CEO Office, BNP Paribas

  • "Jennifer is an amazing presenter. Her experience as an opera singer and a musician really show during her presentation on behalf of The Forem. The fact that she was a successful executive in Finance made it even more valuable. Her presentations are very engaging. Although I realized that I have a lot of work to do on my side, she made me feel at ease and more importantly, made me feel that I can do it. I highly recommend working with Jennifer."

    Martha Jaramillo, Consultant, Centerbridge Partners

  • "I had the absolute pleasure of attending one of Jen's 'Know Your Voice' sessions recently, and it was AH-MAZING!!! Jen has such an easygoing yet powerful way of making you think about your voice as the instrument that it truly is to use it to its fullest capacity. Even though I speak in front of audiences on a regular basis, her workshop helped me to recognize key areas that I could improve upon in my vocal delivery. Jen's suggestions were simple yet impactful, and I find myself sharing her tips and tricks with others (even my young daughters) to help them as well. And just like I encourage my clients to connect with Jen to help their people come to know their voices, I encourage you to do the same!"

Cachet Prescott, Principal Consultant, Learning & Development | Senior Facilitator | Executive Coach, Arcadia Consulting

  • "You’ve not only been an incredible friend but also a true mentor. I’ve learned so much from your guidance and watching you work, especially your calm and effective approach to facilitation. I for real always try to channel my inner Jen whenever I have to do a presentation! Your impact on our team and on me personally has been significant. "

Veronica Rojas - Team Success Manager, Nareatech / Flight CX, Head of Training

  • "I’ve watched Jen Litwin coach and facilitate for years [as her tech producer], and her gift is unmistakable. With deep empathy as her starting point, she weaves wisdom and experience into every conversation, guiding people through real-life and work challenges with grace and clarity. Jen doesn’t just support growth, she inspires it."

    Victor Martins, Tech Producer, Nareatech

  • "Jennifer has taught voice and piano to my children over many years. Her incredible talents go beyond teaching notes and musical phrases - she teaches the skill of performance and presentation. Jennifer has a unique way of creating a personal connection with and allows her students to explore their musical creativity while simultaneously teaching them to perform under pressure. These skills translate beyond the music and have been beneficial to my children in building their self-confidence, improving their public speaking skills, and presenting themselves in the most positive way. Jennifer is a gift to her students and families."

    Victoria Goodrick

  • "Jen has been my son’s piano teacher for the last 10 years. Starting lessons at the age of 5, he was scattered and lacked the attention span to even complete schoolwork. Working with Jen has not only taught him the ability to focus but also the ability to persist through difficult challenges to achieve goals. He is now a straight-A student and taking all honors classes, and involved in many activities. Although a self-described “introvert”, working with Jen has given him the confidence to perform in front of large audiences and the very important art of “stage presence”. He transforms into someone totally different on stage: confident, commanding and a true showman. This will be a skill that will serve him a lifetime- college, career, and personally. All of this I can directly contribute to Jen and the hours she spent coaching and guiding him. She has truly made a tremendous impact in his life and we are so grateful."

    Tanya Szezny-Gaynor

  • "In my eleven years studying piano with Jennifer, I grew as a musician, performer, collaborator, and leader. Having graduated from her studio six years ago, I still maintain a strong relationship with Jennifer, which is reflective of the powerful connection we made while I was a young musician. Jennifer taught me piano technique such that I performed well-known works by a range of composers including Bach, Mozart, and Debussy. However, her teaching reached far beyond finger exercises and mastering the notes on the page. Jennifer was a mentor to me and taught me many transferable skills. I learned how to be disciplined during practice, confident in performances, and open-minded while collaborating with other musicians. She fully supported my other passions while I was growing up including violin, athletics, and academics. We have performed countless times together in many combinations (four-hand piano, violin and piano, piano and voice, piano and flute, and violin and flute). I developed such a deep love of music during my time as her student that I decided to pursue a Music major in college. I chose to make teaching my career due to her influence. Now as an adult, I consider Jennifer a friend and continued mentor - and we plan on collaborating again soon!"

    Hannah Goodrick Armstrong

  • "Jen is an amazing confidence booster for both my 5 and 7-year old daughters. She has been teaching my 7-year old piano for over 2 years and my 5-year old for over 1 year and she is much more than a piano teacher to them. She has become more like a mentor to them for life - I fully expect them to grow up with her by their side - yes, mainly for piano, but also for other life lessons and to help them become confident, empowered, strong ladies! I would recommend Jen if you would like your children to have more confidence in public speaking, music, anything! She is the best."

    Natasha Moore Lombardi

  • "Before Jen, I was too nervous to enjoy my bat mitzvah. She helped me feel confident and excited because she was so enthusiastic and positive. I used all the things she taught me to stay focused and I was so proud of what I accomplished."

    Susannah L.

  • "Jen helped my daughter discover her voice. Before working with her, anxiety was undercutting all her hard work and knowledge. Jen gave her the polish, skills, and - most importantly - the confidence to nail her performance with poise. She will carry that feeling of success with her always, a reminder of what she can do. We are proud and grateful."

    Melissa L.

  • "I am delighted to share my heartfelt testimony for Jen, who has been an extraordinary piano teacher for my children. Beyond teaching music, she has been a transformative influence in their lives. Her lessons are far more than technical instruction; they are life lessons that instill confidence, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure in front of an audience. Jen’s corporate experience has uniquely equipped her to guide my children in ways that extend well beyond music. She has coached them on crafting compelling college essays, preparing for interviews, and navigating networking opportunities at social and corporate events. She prepares them for future professional endeavors, equipping them with skills that transcend the piano and apply to any career path. As a parent, I strive to surround my children with individuals who will shape them positively, and Jen has been one of the most inspiring figures in their village. Her guidance has made an immeasurable impact, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to any family seeking not just a teacher, but a mentor who nurtures growth and confidence in young minds."
